"I identify as a feminist."
Samantha Stevens

Samantha Stevens is changing the system from within corporate America. Her main targets? Sexism, racism all those "isms" that separate people from each other and create an ever-increasing social divide.

Samantha Stevens is a woman leader in a male-dominated world: the financial sector. She works in Chicago for one of the largest banks in the United States, the Northern Trust Bank.

Samantha Stevens is part of the Connected Cities Initiative, a project of the BMW Foundation’s Transatlantic Core Group. This initiative aims to deepen the partnership between Chicago and Hamburg by establishing and expanding civil society networks. Throughout, Sam has remained the master project manager, sustaining momentum around the Connected Cities concept and putting her innovative thinking and networking skills to work.

Since 2015, Samantha Stevens has also been a member of the BMW Foundation Responsible Leaders Network.
